I don't mean to discredit the workers in this video, but the fact they assemble it does not mean it was done correctly, or that it will last. You have to do the best you can with the tools you have and the workers clearly excel at that... But the whole process made me cringe a bit

Not even a modest concern for safety. Sandals no hard hats. The video actually showed one of the workers getting hit in the head with a chain. It looked like one of the workers was a child.

Notice how the lead mechanic does the final torque by feel, he's probably done so many that he is pretty close. I was hoping he would use a torque wrench for the head bolts and he did. Its a shame the young in the USA don't watch, listen and learn from their elders as intently as these kids do. Oh, that's right, they don't have to because they are "tech savvy" (can navigate social media) and the greatest generation ever, ha,ha

I wouldn't trust these people to rebuild my lawn mower. Why is working on a dirt floor and nasty conditions like this being revered? Please, spitting the plastic ripped from a bag to the wind is not how you prove your an evolved human. That is why India is a 3rd world sh**hole country and all their most intelligent come here to where they can stay out of the gutters like in their home country.

I greatly respect these men. I'm amazed that they can accomplish a build like this without so much as an actual ratchet. I'm curious to know how long rebuilds like this last. I'm sure any contamination would work itself through and be caught in the filters relatively quickly. Any ripoff mechanic should be forced to endure conditions like this for a month to make then appreciate engines for what they really are.

Keep in mind that we can’t even picture how the normal live for these workers looks like. The video is only a small window into a world that most of us never seen in person. Thank you for sharing this video with the world.

Copious amounts of gasket sealer and it'll be fine. The only precision work on this rebuild is the adjusting of the valve clearances. Not a torque wrench used - just tighten 1/4 turn beyond snug and that'll be tight enough.
